At Hauer Power Electrical, we're looking for an Electrical Sales Representative who understands what goes into electrical jobs, enjoys making new connections, and takes pride in helping customers make informed decisions. We take pride in educating clients on hiring us rather than using high pressure sales tactics. This role will be meeting with clients, diagnosing electrical concerns, educating on options, preparing accurate quotes, and building lasting relationships.
If you've worked as a Journeyperson Electrician, Service Electrician, Estimator, Project Manager, or Electrical Foreman, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

What You'll Do
- Meet clients on site throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas
- Listen and identify the clients needs
- Perform basic electrical assessments
- Recommend code compliant solutions
- Prepare accurate quotes using Jobber
- Explain pricing and scope with confidence
- Follow up on quotes
- Build long term client relationships
- Work with our operations team and electricians to ensure projects run smoothly
- Help grow the company through exceptional customer service
Preference given to Journeyperson Electricians with experience in sales.
Other Requirements:
- Have a valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Speak and write fluently English
- Present professionally
- Communicate confidently with homeowners and business owners
- Be organized and detail oriented
- Be comfortable using spreadsheets, and Jobber software
- Learn quickly and adapt to changing schedules
- Complete detailed work notes
- Accept coaching and continual training
- Pass a criminal background check

Scheduled Hours:
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: $42,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
