Description
As a welder production, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components for a variety of products. Your attention to detail, precision, and ability to work with various metals will be crucial in ensuring high-quality and sturdy finished products. This is a physically demanding role that requires strength, agility, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.
Responsibilities
· Weld and fabricate metal components according to blueprints and specifications
· Operate welding equipment, such as TIG, MIG, or arc welders, to join metal parts together
· Perform quality checks to ensure welded products meet the required standards
· Maintain and repair welding equipment as needed
· Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within deadlines
· Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
· Keep records of completed work and materials used
Requirements
· Proven experience as a welder, preferably in a production environment
· Proficient in various welding techniques, including TIG, MIG, and arc welding
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
· Strong attention to detail and precision
· Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and work in various positions
· Strong knowledge of welding safety guidelines and procedures
· Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
· Strong teamwork and communication skills
· High school diploma or equivalent certification in welding
