Job title: Business Systems Analyst, Yardi
Salary: $85,000/yr

Our client: A national commercial real estate investment firm operating a large portfolio across Canada.
Principal tasks and responsibilities include:
- Enhance & support a Yardi-based ERP environment - optimize workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient system use
- Translate business needs into clear system requirements - lead discussions, document processes, and align stakeholders
- Leverage SQL & reporting tools to analyze data, validate integrity, and resolve discrepancies
- Own ongoing system governance - manage change requests, documentation, testing, and data integrity reporting
Qualifications and pre-requisites:
- 2+ years hands-on Yardi (Voyager or similar commercial real estate ERP) experience
- Strong SQL skills for reporting, data validation, and troubleshooting (SSRS a plus)
- Experience within a REIT, commercial real estate, or finance/accounting environment
- 3-5+ years in business systems analysis - gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting ERP optimization
