We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selections, and maintaining an organized and inviting retail environment. This role offers opportunities to develop sales skills, gain experience in merchandising, and work in a dynamic retail setting. The position requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs
- Operate the cash register for sales transactions and cash handling
- Scoop ice cream in cups and cones for customers
- Rent cruiser bikes and e-bikes to customers
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Handle cashiering duties accurately and responsibly
- Ensure the retail space is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills in English are essential for effective customer interaction
- Organizational skills are necessary to manage inventory and maintain store presentation effectively
