Goodcang Canada Corp. is currently hiring proactive, responsible, and team-oriented individuals to join our growing warehouse operations team in British Columbia. We are looking for motivated candidates with warehouse leadership potential who are eager to grow with a fast-expanding global logistics company.
We currently operate 10 warehouse locations across Canada, including seven in the GTA, two in Vancouver, and one in Calgary, with plans for continued expansion nationwide.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and inventory activities.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to warehouse associates to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor workflow and support the team in meeting daily KPIs and shipping deadlines.
- Train, guide, and support new warehouse employees during onboarding and daily operations.
- Ensure warehouse safety procedures and operational standards are consistently followed.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager on process improvements and operational planning.
- Handle basic problem-solving related to inventory discrepancies, workflow issues, or operational delays.
- Support inventory management, cycle counts, and stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support overall warehouse performance.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 2–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center experience required.
- Minimum 1–2 years of demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience in a warehouse environment is required.
- Able to lead a 10+ person team.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred to coordinate with cross-functional teams and global HQ.
- Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and teamwork.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Able to perform physical warehouse duties when required.
- Familiar with warehouse operations such as receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Forklift certification is considered an asset.
- Proficient in using warehouse systems or RF scanners is preferred.
- Positive attitude with a long-term interest in logistics and supply chain career development.

Pay: $55,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
