Evergreen Nursing Services is hiring a part-time RN to join a dedicated team providing two-on-one care to a private client in their beautiful, fully equipped home in West Vancouver. This is a rare opportunity to work as a team of two in home care for 12-hour shifts (Night Shift: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM) and provide compassionate, high-quality care. Current Role:
- Friday Nights (20:00 - 08:00) – Ongoing Every Week + Opportunities to pick up extra casual day or night shifts.
Exceptional Compensation: Earn $50.20 - $59.10/hour (based on your experience), + 10% Vacation pay.
- Annual RRSP Contributions: 5% of your annual base salary.

Time Off: 10% Vacation pay (equivalent to 5 weeks vacation per employment year) + 5 Paid wellness days per calendar year.
Specialized Training: We offer comprehensive paid training, including Provincial Respiratory Outreach Program (PROP) training for ventilator and tracheostomy care, as well as buddy shifts with experienced nurses.
Team-Based Care: You'll work in a two-to-one capacity with another nurse or trained care aide, ensuring you're never alone and always supported.
Flexible Schedule: With the exception of your regular Friday Night shift, you can pick up additional casual shifts based on your availability.
Travel Subsidies & Opportunities: Per shift fuel subsidies offered for nurses with 25km+ commutes. Potential for paid travel within BC.
We're seeking a compassionate and reliable RN with a full, non-restricted BCCNM registration. Ideally, you have:
Experience in Spinal Cord Injury or Intensive Care nursing.
A strong interest in learning ventilator care.
Experience with tracheostomy and ventilators is a valuable asset.
