At Magic Window & Doors, we’re looking for someone who knows installs inside and out—and is ready to take full ownership of how they’re executed.
This is not a desk job. It’s a field leadership role for someone who can measure precisely, anticipate problems before they happen, and ensure every job is completed to a high standard—on time and without surprises.
If you’ve led crews, solved problems on-site, and take pride in getting things done right the first time, this role is built for you.
What You’ll Own
Take full ownership of projects from post-sale measurement through installation completion
Conduct precise technical measurements (brick-to-brick, retrofit, frame-forward)
Work with our Senior installation managers to ensure successful installations
Identify and resolve potential install issues before they impact the job
Coordinate between sales, production, installers, and customers
Oversee ongoing installations to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to standards
Hold installers accountable for workmanship and job execution
- Ensure jobs are completed on time, on spec, and with minimal callbacks
- Maintain clean, accurate job files through to production
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- You confidently take over the measurement process with accuracy and consistency
- Install issues are caught early—before they hit the job site
- Installers respect your standards and communication
- Jobs run smoother, with fewer surprises and higher customer satisfaction
You’re a Fit If You:
Have 8+ years experience in window & door installation or residential construction
Have led crews, managed job sites, or taken responsibility for project outcomes
Are highly skilled in all measurement types (brick-to-brick, retrofit, frame-forward)
Can quickly spot problems and implement practical solutions
Are organized, decisive, and confident communicating with both customers and trades
