Tillsonburg Custom Foods has an immediate opening for a full time Inventory Controller Overview: The Inventory Controller will report to the Warehouse Manager, and is responsible for performing all functions related to inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
· Primary function to control the flow & movement of any & all inventory within the facility.
· Monitor, track & control all raw material inventories.
· Monitor, track & control all finished goods inventories.
· Monitor, track & control all packaging (box/poly) inventories.
· Ensure that on hand inventories are accurate by Lot & PO number.
· Ensure that all inventory usage follows First In First Out process.
· Complete weekly cycle counts on inventory as required.
· Provide notice to Supervisor/Manager immediately when inconsistencies are discovered.
· Control flow of inventory In and Out to all productions lines.
· Control flow of inventory picked/used for all orders.
· Review all production work orders & ensure correct materials have been selected & required volumes are available.
· Ensure sufficient inventories for all required production materials are available & prepared prior to each day's production start.
· Make approved adjustments to inventories in ERP system as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
