Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve drinks and meals in accordance with safety and quality standards
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per recipes or guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Assist in setting up for events or special occasions as needed
- Engage with guests to ensure a positive dining experience and handle any concerns professionally
Experience
- Previous experience as a server or bartender is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests and team members
- Knowledge of drink recipes, POS systems, and basic food safety standards is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy hours
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
