Revolution Waste Solutions Inc. is looking to add a motivated and reliable member to our growing team. We are currently hiring for a Scale Operator / Office Dispatch Administrator to help strengthen our operations team.
This is a busy and rewarding full-time position with a great company environment and opportunities to grow within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately record all vehicle movements in and out of the facility using the weigh scale system
- Produce and control tickets issued to drivers and clients
- Answer company phones and respond to emails regarding waste and recycling hauling services
- Dispatch and coordinate drivers and service requests
- Maintain accurate customer and operational records within CRM databases
- Prepare reports for management and the operations team
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, drivers, and vendors
- General office administration duties as required
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong keyboard and data entry accuracy
- Experience with CRM/database systems preferred
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is essential

- Equine: 2 years (preferred)
