Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Prior experience in plumbing, welding, boiler systems, or appliance repair is highly valued. The HVAC Installer will ensure that all installations meet safety standards and client specifications, contributing to our reputation for quality service.
Responsibilities
- Install new HVAC systems including ductwork, thermostats, and related components according to schematics and technical specifications
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units to ensure optimal performance
- Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams for accurate installation and troubleshooting
- Conduct testing of installed systems to verify proper operation and compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects involving construction, plumbing, welding, or mechanical work
- Assist with system upgrades, boiler installations, or appliance repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and industry regulations
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC systems installation and repair
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical diagrams
- Experience with plumbing, welding, boiler systems, or appliance repair is a plus
- Knowledge of construction practices related to HVAC installation
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently
- Familiarity with maintenance procedures for various mechanical components
- Mechanic experience that supports understanding of complex machinery and systems
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Pay: $22.00-$65.00 per hour
