Job Overview
We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Loader Operator to join our FT Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and loading trucks. We have a fast paced environment and although there is some training and orientation the successful candidate will be able to load 40-60 trucks rounding daily out of our pits in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Operate loaders and the ability to be flexible to operate other heavy equipment as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- A positive attitude and team work ethic.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and team members.
We are a full time year around company with consistent hours. We typically run 5 days a week with 12 hour shifts. The loader operators take turns loading out on Saturdays and we transition to snow removal during winter months. We are not competing with up North wages however we are consistent year around work with overtime.
We will assess for fair wage at 3 months and annually at the review. If you have a positive attitude, are flexible to learn new things and have past experience on a loader you might be the next new team member!
Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
