Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operational Manager to lead our team at VAPE LOFT and oversee daily business operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales and business development, and expertise in project management and process improvement. Duties
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate teams across various departments to ensure high performance standards.
- Oversee sales initiatives, Inventory and identify new business development opportunities to expand market presence.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Drive process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing effective solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising teams with strong leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrated success in sales growth and business development activities.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives efficiently.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
