Property Doctor Maintenance is currently seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to join our growing team as a Landscape & Grounds Maintenance Labourer. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles, trailers, and equipment
- Operate zero-turn lawn mowers, weed whackers, backpack blowers, sweepers, and other landscaping equipment
- Perform routine grounds maintenance including:
- Grass cutting
- Weed whacking
- Weeding flower beds and landscaped areas
- Tree and shrub trimming
- Litter picking and garbage removal
- Apply lawn and weed control products/chemicals safely and responsibly
- Assist with various landscaping and labour-intensive projects
- Perform day-to-day property maintenance tasks including:
- Pressure washing
- Power sweeping
- Property cleanups
- General exterior maintenance
- Assist with seasonal operations including snow removal and equipment operation
- Complete tasks independently and maintain a high standard of workmanship
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence required
- Trailer towing experience considered an asset
- Experience operating:
- Zero-turn mowers
- Weed whackers
- Snow blowers
- Sweepers
- Skid steers
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
- Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious
- Previous landscaping or property maintenance experience preferred
