Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping team in delivering high-quality outdoor projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of horticulture and landscape maintenance, and experience supervising crews. This role offers an opportunity to oversee diverse landscape projects, ensure safety standards, and contribute to the beautification of outdoor spaces through expert supervision and hands-on involvement.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscape crew members to ensure efficient project completion
- Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilization
- Assist with gardening and horticulture tasks, selecting appropriate plants and ensuring healthy growth
- Lead construction activities such as installing hardscapes, retaining walls, or other landscape features
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors to facilitate project progress
- Train and mentor crew members on best practices in landscape maintenance and construction
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, or related fields
- Supervising or leadership experience in a landscaping or construction environment
- Strong knowledge, plant care, and general horticultural practices
- Ability to oversee projects on time and on budget while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of construction techniques related to landscaping projects
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy materials when necessary
- Valid driver’s license preferred; ability to operate landscaping equipment suvh as excavators, skid steers, loaders, and various machines.

Pay: $27.00-$40.00 per hour
