Seeking a lead bartender for our Lounge.
Approx 4 days a week
$20-$25 an hour plus tips, opportunity for benefits package.
Required: 3-5 years bartending experience.
Ryes & Shine thrives on creativity and whimsical cocktails.
We are looking for:
Someone who is confident in creating new and fun cocktails
Has a strong knowledge of cocktails, classics and more obscure sips
Can create a bartenders choice based on customers flavour preferences
What do we offer?
We distill spirits on site so there is ample opportunity to learn about the distillation process. We value creativity and outside-the-box thinking. If there is something we can make for the bar, we love a good challenge.
What do we need?
A team player who is open minded, versatile and can assist in menu creation. Strong communication skills, an eagerness to create excellent cocktails and provide great customer service. Being in the suburb of Langford, we run our distillery like a destination and the small touches are what our entire team focus on.
