Overview
We are seeking a highly organized team player to join our warehouse team. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient movement of goods, accurate inventory management, and timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse, distribution and customer service.
Duties
- Act as main point of contact with our customers
- Process incoming orders from customers via email and phone
- Data entry into Warehouse Management Software
- Create accurate documents such as Pick Tickets, Bill of Lading (for deliveries), Inventory Receipts, and Invoices to Clients
- Determine method of shipment/delivery and manage relationship with Vendors and Carriers
- Schedule distribution of goods
- Schedule shipments and deliveries including negotiating rates
- Plan workload for Warehouse Associate
- Plan delivery route for Driver
- Track deliveries
- Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents
- Maintain internal record-keeping system
- Record shortages and reject damaged goods
- Route goods to appropriate storage areas
- Create and send out invoices
- Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments
- Oversee loading and unloading of goods
- Supervise material handlers and helpers
Skills
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred
- Proven experience in workload planning
- Ability to manage competing tasks and prioritizing them accordingly for the efficient flow of work
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in shipping documentation and inventory records
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
- Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes including order picking, packing, and load & unload procedures
- Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations

Pay: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
