Royal Wellness Centre is looking for a licensed registered massage therapist to join our team. We are a dynamic, fast-paced massage clinic looking to hire an outgoing, professional individual. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional massage services to our clients. We are looking for someone who is interested in growing within the business and wants to work with a dynamic team.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide one-on-one massage therapy to clients
- Perform massages at our Edmonton, AB location
- Create custom massages based on client needs
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Perform treatments in our Edmonton, AB location
- Complete paperwork and keep records of client each sessions.
- Conduct ongoing training and education as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must have current license as a registered massage therapist
- Must be available to work weekdays and weekends (we are open every day of the week) Part Time/ Full time 15 - 40 hours per week.
- Graduated of (or working towards 2200 hour college diploma in Massage Therapy
- Valid membership and liability insurance with a provincial association.
- Must be legally permitted to work in Canada
- Communicate fluently in written and spoke in English
- Clinically focused.
- Previous industry experienced is considered an asset.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the Edmonton, AB location. This is a 30-mile round trip from Edmonton, AB. We do not provide transportation to/from the Edmonton, AB, so you must have your own transportation during your commute home.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
