Experienced Lawn & Grounds Maintenance Crew Leader

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Crew Leader to join our Landscape Maintenance team. This is a full-time, year-round position with consistent hours and opportunities to grow within the company.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a 2–3 person crew on commercial properties
- Perform lawn care and grounds maintenance (grass cutting, garden care, litter clean-up)
- Operate landscaping equipment (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Ensure quality, efficiency, and safety on job sites
Schedule
- April–November: Monday–Friday, 6:15 AM start
- 45–55 hours per week (in-season)
- Winter hours vary (snow operations & maintenance work available)

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- 1–2+ years experience as a Crew Leader (required)
- Experience with landscaping equipment and tools
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lead a team and take direction when needed
