Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Permanent Front End Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers & campers, providing exceptional service while managing transactions efficiently. The ideal candidate will posses excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast paced busy environment and is available to work weekends and evenings throughout the summer.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
- Take reservations & check-in campers when they arrive.
- Sign in visitors
- Scoop & Serve Ice Cream
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with precision, ensuring all payments are processed correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized storefront
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash management and transaction processing.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy workspace and manage inventory effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and services offered.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
