We are looking to hire general labourers to join our team at Jeni Mobile Wash based in Hay Bay (Greater Napanee) ON.
We are a family owned business that specializes in agricultural washing. Since 1986 we have provided top quality barn washing and disinfecting services. We clean poultry, dairy, hog and horse barns, farming equipment, mills and industrial/commercial buildings. We play a critical role in the agricultural industry, ensuring Canadians have safe food to eat.
We offer competitive wages starting at $23/hr, which will increase with experience and ability. An agricultural background is preferred, but not necessary. We will train you for the labour position. Other licences are a plus, but not required (e.g. DZ licence, working at heights, fall arrest, MEWP licence, confined space training).
We occasionally travel around Ontario; you must be comfortable travelling up to 3 nights per week, although this can vary greatly. We pay a 75$ per diem per night, and pay for accommodations.
Candidate must be:
- Reliable
- Punctual
- Honest
- Physically fit
- Able to work as a team as well as individually
- Able to take direction
This is a very physical job with walking and standing. We work Monday to Friday year round, indoors and outdoors. This is a full time / permanent position.
We have early morning starts and work full days. You must live in the Greater Napanee area, or live within a reasonable commute distance.
