Duties
- Perform a variety of medical aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other advanced skincare procedures.
- Provide body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care services as needed.
- Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations; demonstrate product demos to enhance client understanding.
- Assist at the front desk with guest services, appointment scheduling, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Upsell skincare products and treatment packages to maximize client satisfaction and practice growth.
- Ensure all treatment areas are maintained with proper sanitation and cleanliness standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, providing personalized consultations, and fostering a positive experience.
- Support retail sales efforts through effective communication and product knowledge sharing during guest interactions.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Medical Aesthetician with expertise in skincare treatments and body waxing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures to maintain a safe treatment environment.
- Ability to perform makeup application, eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair styling is preferred.
- Effective communication skills for guest services, product demos, and upselling techniques.
- Experience working at the front desk handling appointments, guest inquiries, and retail sales.
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Pay: $17.85-$41.87 per hour
