Magnificent Tours is currently seeking Tour Experience Drivers who are positive, highly energetic and guest service-focused to deliver the highest level of service and turn our Guest's experience to Niagara into a treasured memory for a lifetime.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests warmly, using their names when possible, and anticipate and address their service needs throughout the tour.
- Conduct a full "Circle Check" for the assigned vehicle at the beginning of each shift, reporting any damage or defects immediately.
- Pick up guests at designated times and locations according to daily bookings, ensuring all guests are accounted for after each stop along the tour.
- Conduct tours in accordance with brand standards and company procedures, providing guests with insightful information about local attractions and ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local area, including appropriate routes to and from destinations, and provide guests with directions and information as needed.
- Conduct a thorough check of the bus at the end of each tour for any items left behind by guests, and promptly turn over any lost items to the Tour Desk.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle by collecting and discarding any visible garbage.
- Maintain understanding and compliance with all safety rules and regulations outlined under the Highway Traffic Act, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario CZ Class Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract.
- Niagara Parks Tour Guide License.
- Minimum 2 years of experience driving large transport vehicles.
- Proficient in reading and writing English.
- Ability to multi-task and organize time effectively and efficiently.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
