Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across Townline's residential sales and rental portfolio. Working closely with internal teams, external partners, and consultants, this role contributes to project launches, integrated marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, events, and day-to-day marketing operations.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take ownership of key marketing initiatives while building expertise across project marketing, digital marketing, CRM management, analytics, and stakeholder engagement. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

Support project launches, sales activations, presentation centre openings, partnerships, sponsorships, and events, while coordinating creative briefs and marketing deliverables with internal teams and external partners.

Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, email, web, outdoor, and presentation centre channels, including advertising placements, media schedules, campaign launches, and production timelines.

Support the planning and execution of project launches, sales activations, presentation centre openings, partnerships, sponsorships, events, and other special marketing or corporate initiatives.

Conduct regular presentation centre visits to ensure marketing materials and brand standards are maintained.

Assist in developing creative briefs and coordinating marketing deliverables with internal teams and external partners.
Digital Marketing & CRM

Execute digital marketing initiatives including paid media, email marketing and automation campaigns, remarketing, lead generation, and social media advertising.

Assist with website updates, landing page optimization, SEO initiatives, and customer journey improvements to increase organic visibility, lead acquisition, and conversion performance.

Maintain CRM systems, lead flow processes, audience segmentation, and marketing databases.

Monitor campaign performance and support ongoing optimization efforts using analytics and reporting tools.

Evaluate emerging marketing technologies, AI-enabled tools, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improved efficiency.
Analytics & Reporting

Track campaign performance, lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and key marketing KPIs.

Maintain campaign dashboards and assist in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and project-specific marketing reports.

Monitor market activity, competitor initiatives, and industry trends to identify opportunities and insights.

Support marketing decision-making through performance analysis, lead quality reporting, and data-informed recommendations.
Project Coordination & Administration

Manage project schedules, workback plans, and marketing deliverable timelines to ensure deadlines are achieved.

Track marketing budgets and assist with invoice processing, reconciliations, and budget reporting.

Maintain organized project files, marketing assets, creative libraries, competitor tracking resources, and document management systems.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including Sales, Leasing, Development, Construction, Finance, agencies, consultants, media partners, and vendors.

Develop project templates, presentations, reports, and marketing documentation while identifying opportunities to improve marketing processes and operational efficiencies.

Support special projects and corporate initiatives as required.
Qualifications & Experience

2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate development, project marketing, or a related industry.

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Understanding of residential presale or leasing marketing, customer acquisition, and lead generation strategies.

Strong project management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and highly accountable, with a collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and work independently while managing competing priorities.

Familiarity with CRM platforms (Lasso or equivalent), email marketing systems, and digital advertising platforms.

Working knowledge of website content management systems, SEO best practices, and campaign analytics.

Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar platforms is considered an asset.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or other creative software is considered an asset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Occasional travel within the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island may be required.
