Lead and supervise the Home and Community Care (HCC) team, including Nurse Assessors, Senior HCAs, and the Client Care Coordinator.

Ensure the smooth daily operations of the HCC program, focusing on quality home care services.

Support the Manager in implementing Client Care Plans and ensuring high client satisfaction and standards of care.

Monitor adherence to policies, regulations, and safety protocols related to Home and Community Care.

Facilitate communication between clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Foster a culturally safe and supportive environment for both clients and staff, respecting the Squamish worldview.

Supervise, coach, and mentor team members to ensure excellence in service delivery.

Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions and records management.

A combination of education and experience in home care, nursing, and healthcare management.

Knowledge of British Columbia's regulations related to Home and Community Care, including client safety and confidentiality.

Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising and managing healthcare staff.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and effectively lead a diverse group of individuals.

Salary: $80,026 - $120,040
Candidates are typically offered compensation between the beginning to the midpoint of the range. We are committed to providing a fair and equitable package that reflects the value an individual brings to the organization.
