Job Duties/Responsibilities
Summer Season
- Lead and assist with landscape construction projects
- Build decks, fences, pergolas and other outdoor structures
- Install interlock, hardscape, and stonework
- Operate trucks, trailers, and equipment
- Coordinate materials, tools, and job site organization
- Maintain safe and professional job sites
- Assist with training and guiding crew members
Winter Season
- Operate plow trucks and snow equipment
- Assist with managing snow crews and site responsibilities
- Be available for on-call snow events
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in landscape construction, carpentry, or hardscape installation
- Experience leading or supervising crews
- Valid G licence with clean driver's abstract
- Experience towing trailers and operating trucks/equipments
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliability and strong attention to detail
The following are considered strong assets:
- Deck and fence construction experience
- Interlock and stonework experience
- Plow truck experience (1 ton trucks)
- Leadership experience

Typical Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday in the Summers
- Winter on-call availability required
