Seeking two highly skilled, Bilingual Business Analysts for a critical 6-month contract initiative. We are looking for proactive professionals who bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidates will possess strong business engagement skills, exceptional requirements-gathering capabilities, and deep domain expertise in either Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes or Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
Core Responsibilities(Both Roles)
- Business Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to understand strategic objectives and operational pain points.
- Requirements Gathering: Lead workshops, conduct interviews, and elicit clear, concise functional and non-functional requirements.
- Documentation: Create high-quality business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, process maps (As-Is / To-Be), and user stories.
- Solution Alignment: Ensure chosen system configurations or developments align tightly with business expectations and industry best practices.
Position Breakdown & Specific Qualifications
Track 1: Business Analyst – Source to Pay (S2P)
Focuses on optimizing procurement, vendor management, and financial integration workflows.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) life cycle (Sourcing, Procurement, Invoicing, and Supplier Management).
- Experience analyzing and improving procurement software workflows and data structures.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles.
Track 2: Business Analyst – Transportation Management (TMS)
Focuses on logistics, freight optimization, and carrier coordination systems.
- Hands-on experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) (e.g., SAP TM, Oracle TM, Blue Yonder, or similar).
- Solid understanding of logistics, fleet management, carrier tracking, and freight settlement processes.
- Ability to map complex shipping and distribution workflows into scalable system requirements.
Pay: $50.00-$100.00 per hour
