Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team in Mississauga. This role requires a strong
communicator who can handle client interactions, support sales activities, and occasionally travel locally to pick up samples or meet customers in person.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities and closing deals
Prepare and manage invoices accurately
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Coordinate and pick up product samples when required
Visit clients or vendors occasionally as needed
Keep records of sales activities and customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service and sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, proactive, and results-driven personality
Ability to handle invoicing and basic administrative tasks
Willingness to travel locally for sample pickups or client visits
Valid driver's license (preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
