Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer to join our dynamic team of real estate professional. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand's vision and storytelling objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of video production techniques, as well as proficiency in industry-standard editing software.
Duties
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and plan video projects that meet client needs and objectives.
- Operate video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices to capture footage in various settings, including on-location shoots and studio environments.
- Edit raw footage using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite software to create polished final products.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in video production to enhance skills and improve output quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Videographer or in a similar role within the media production industry.
- Proficiency in video editing software, mainly Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound design, and camera operation.
- Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to visualize concepts through video.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work is preferred but not required for application consideration.
