Mack Kirk Industries Ltd is seeking skilled Cladding Installers (Architectural siding and roofing systems) to join our growing team. This position involves the full assembly and installation of complete exterior wall systems, working with a variety of finished architectural products including ACM (Aluminum Composite Material), Fibre Cement, Phenolic Panels, and Roll-Formed Metal Panels.

Key Responsibilities
- Install full wall cladding systems using ACM, Fibre Cement, Phenolic, and roll-formed metal panels
- Read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications
- Measure, cut, fabricate, and install all components including panels, trims, flashings, sub-framing, and weather barriers
- Install building envelope components and ensure proper waterproofing
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and lifts safely and efficiently
- Work at heights, on lifts, and on various job sites across the Lower Mainland
- Collaborate with site supervisors, installers, and project managers
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
Requirements
- Previous experience in cladding installation or exterior construction
- Strong understanding of building envelope systems and metal cladding materials
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and measurement practices
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
