Summary
We are currently seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at East Side Mario's. Located in a vibrant dining environment, you will play a key role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring that our patrons enjoy their dining experience to the fullest.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all requests are met.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food items.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong guest service skills with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to manage multiple tables effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is an asset.
