Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Medical Aesthetician to join our skincare and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional client care while performing a variety of medical aesthetic and skincare treatments tailored to individual client needs. This role involves conducting skin assessments, recommending personalized treatment plans, educating clients on skincare and post-treatment care, and promoting medical-grade skincare products and services. The Medical Aesthetician will play a key role in delivering outstanding client experiences, maintaining the highest standards of safety and sanitation, and contributing to the continued growth of the clinic through exceptional service and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of medical aesthetic and skincare treatments, including facials, laser hair removal, body waxing, chemical peels, microneedling, skin rejuvenation treatments, eyelash extensions, and other non-invasive aesthetic procedures offered by the clinic.
- Conduct thorough client consultations and skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and personalized skincare routines.
- Educate clients on treatment expectations, pre- and post-treatment care, and home skincare recommendations.
- Recommend and promote professional skincare products and treatment packages based on individual client needs.
- Maintain accurate client treatment records and ensure confidentiality of client information.
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies while maintaining strict sanitation, sterilization, and infection control standards.
- Assist with front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, responding to inquiries, and processing payments as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming, professional, and comfortable environment for every client.
- Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, products, and treatment techniques through ongoing education and training.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient clinic operations and a consistently high standard of client care.
Experience & Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Medical Aesthetics, Esthetics, or a related field.
- Previous experience performing medical aesthetic treatments, skincare services, laser hair removal, facials, body waxing, chemical peels, microneedling, or other non-invasive cosmetic procedures is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skin conditions, medical-grade skincare products, and aesthetic treatment protocols.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience with retail sales, product recommendations, and treatment package promotions is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of sanitation, sterilization, and infection prevention standards in a medical aesthetic or spa environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Pay: $17.20-$21.00 per hour
