About You
You are an experienced real estate operations professional with a minimum of 3 years directly supporting a high-producing Realtor or busy real estate team.
You are highly organized, proactive, dependable, and calm under pressure. You enjoy problem-solving, keeping things running smoothly, and delivering high-level support to both clients and team members. You thrive balancing multiple priorities and communicate professionally and confidently.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of real estate administrative experience
- Experience with REALM and OREA paperwork
- Must be based in Toronto
- Reliable vehicle required
- Available to work in-office 3 days per week (Hybrid)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Follow Up Boss (FUB)
- Experience with Notion
- Event planning experience
- Marketing and social media experience
Core Responsibilities:
- Transaction management and deal coordination
- CRM management and database organization
- Client care and ongoing communication/follow-up
- Event planning and coordination
- Marketing support (social media, email campaigns, listing support)
- Day-to-day team operations and administrative tasks
- Running errands and supporting listing launches, events, and team initiatives
