R.B. Curry Auto Transport is seeking a Apprentice Mechanic with 2nd or 3rd year expertise for our shop located in the County of Grande Prairie. Our locally owned, steadily growing company is seeking a top notch candidate to match our various needs and responsibilities.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Repairs and maintenance of company fleet, including trucks, trailers and equipment;
- Recording maintenance requests and reports of issues with equipment;
- Conducting equipment inspections and reporting any problems;
- Using electronic diagnostic equipment to find issues quickly;
- Making sure tools and equipment are working well;
- Complying with company and government regulations;
- Properly disposing of used oil, fluids, parts, and other components;
- Keeping workspace clean and organized;
- Other duties as necessary.
