Responsibilities
· Oversee daily kitchen operations and workflow
· Manage staff scheduling and shift leadership support
· Handle food cost control, inventory, and ordering

· Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
· Promote a positive, efficient kitchen environment
· Lead overall restaurant operations and team performance
