Warehouse Associate
Location: Brampton, ON
Job Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks using manual equipment and forklifts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all safety procedures.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain warehouse records using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Assist with training new warehouse associates as required.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills (Punjabi is an asset).
- Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
- Previous warehouse experience required.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience is an asset.
- Valid forklift license certification is an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and perform physically demanding work.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive team attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
