Job Overview
We are looking for reefer- cross border experienced dispatcher who is very familiar with cross border lanes.
Minimum 3-5yr reefer experience is required.
Reefer loads only, sometimes dry-van but that’s Canada wide.
We are strictly not looking for some who only book loads over the load board, instead, we are looking for someone who has extensive knowledge of the industry, have their own connections in reefer industry to standout from load board based market.

Duties
- Coordinate and schedule reefer cross-border shipments, ensuring compliance with customs and border regulations
- Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to track shipments, update statuses, and manage documentation
- Communicate effectively with carriers, drivers, and clients via phone/email systems.
- Monitor shipment progress and troubleshoot issues proactively to prevent delays
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize freight routes and improve operational efficiency
- Maintain detailed records of shipments, including shipping & receiving documentation and analysis reports
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and timely updates
Requirements
- Very strong connections in the reefer market. Prior customer/broker base is an asset.
- 3-5 year of reefer freight experience.
- Strong data entry skills as required.
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4,200.00-$6,800.00 per month
