We are looking for a full time dog daycare attendant at our "small dogs only" location at the entrance to Granville Island. The position is 40 hours per week Monday through Friday. The shift is usually 10:30am-7:00pm, however, the shift will be altered occasionally to accommodate other staff holidays/training etc. We are closed on weekends and all statutory holidays so you have your weekends and stats off! Duties include supervising dogs, walking dogs, bathing dogs, feeding dogs and general cleaning. Applicant must LOVE dogs and must love physical work!
Wage starts at $18.50 per hour, with a 3 month wage review. A full benefits plan (medical/dental/life insurance) is provided after 6 months of employment. You can also bring your little dog with you to work for free!
Please note that this is not a short term position. We are looking to hire someone who would like to stay and grow with our company.
