About You
You're a builder at heart. You're the person who says "I'll get er done" and means it, and you're happiest when you're figuring out how something actually works under the hood. You don't wait for a playbook. You go find the answer, jump into the spreadsheet, and reverse-engineer the thing until it makes sense.
You're deeply technical, and that's exactly why the details take care of themselves. You've worked hands-on with Google Ads, Meta, and Google Tag Manager, and you understand how tracking, pixels, audiences, and analytics fit together. When a number moves, you want to know why; you probably won't rest until you do! It’s a blessing and a curse, but it stems from a simple fact: You get data. You're comfortable in a messy spreadsheet. You'd rather understand the system than memorize the steps.
You're genuinely enthralled by the world at the moment. When someone mentions programmatic, ChatGPT ads, or connected TV, your first reaction is "I can't wait to learn how that works," not "that's not my job." And you have a real relationship with AI: excited by it, fluent in it, and maybe a little terrified of it. You already use it to move faster and do better work. You have no problem figuring out custom MCP connectors or building your own Agent Skills.
You won't always be handed a clear plan, and that's exactly how you like it. Give you the "what," and you are happy to figure out the "how." You don't need to be the one planning, and you certainly don’t love the idea of being a project manager. You're the technical person who makes the machine run, solves the problems nobody else wants to touch, and standardizes it so it runs the same way every time.
What You’ll Actually Do:
