Accounts Payable Clerk
Job Summary: Accounts payable responsibilities and duties for both US and Canada companies.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Process AP invoices;
-
Reconcile Vendor accounts;

Process payment runs.
-
Bank Entries (payment/PAD’s/ etc.);
-
Build relationship and correspond with vendors;
-
Other duties required as per management team.
Knowledge and Skills:

Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism;

Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft office products with primary focus on Excel;

Exceptional flexibility with proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines;

Excellent oral, written and communication skills;

Strong attention to detail;

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;

Thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment and the ability to multi-task;

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

Sitting behind a desk looking at a computer screen up to 8 hours in a day;

Frequent sitting, bending, twisting, and standing.
Education, Certificates, Licenses and Registrations:

Diploma or Certificate in business, finance or related field required and/or equivalent experience in the industry.
Qualifications:
-
1-2 years’ experience is a similar role
-
Results from a pre-employment test must be deemed acceptable in accordance to Tier 1’s policies;

Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
