We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist that enjoys helping people, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating exceptional first impressions.
About the Role
As our receptionist, you’ll serve as the Director of First Impressions, welcoming every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. At the same time, you’ll support our Sales team with administrative tasks while ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience from their very first interaction.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can confidently manage competing priorities, and brings a positive attitude to work every day.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly, professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Support the Sales team with customer traffic, vehicle administration, record keeping, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Keep the reception area welcoming, organized, and customer-ready at all times.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum two years of experience in a same, or similar role.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Comfortable using computers, multi-line telephone systems, and learning new software.
- A team-first attitude with a willingness to support others wherever needed.
- Valid Ontario G or G2 Driver’s Licence.
What We Offer
- Full-time position starting at $19.00 per hour.
- A schedule within dealership operating hours: Monday to Friday with one Saturday per month.
