Heartland Health is looking for an experienced and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our growing team!

Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Prepare treatment estimates and explain financial arrangements
- Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain patient charts and update electronic records
- Coordinate communication between patients and the clinical team
- Support the daily operations of the front office
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of dental reception experience required
- Experience using Dentrix is preferred
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and insurance billing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, positive, and dependable with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Schedule
- Evening shifts required
- Alternating Saturdays required
