Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, supervising construction teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and proficiency with construction management tools to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within scope. The Construction Site Supervisor plays a critical role in managing resources, timelines, and budgets while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and schedules
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews to maintain productivity and safety standards
- Monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed to meet project deadlines
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide onsite activities
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings to promote a safe work environment
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and environmental policies
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in commercial or residential construction projects
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, construction estimating, and technical schematics
- Excellent understanding of quality control procedures and safety regulations in construction environments
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and oversee project scheduling
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders
- Familiarity with construction site safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Valid experience in supervising multiple trades simultaneously on large-scale projects is preferred
- Relevant certifications or training in construction management or safety is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
