As a leading organization in the logistics sector, CTS Canada is currently operating 7 warehouses and offices throughout Canada, with our headquarters situated in North York.
In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the HR functions and contributing to the development and execution of Admin strategies that align with the company’s mission and values.
Main Duties:
- Manage the front desk and act as the primary point of contact for all general inquiries.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments; maintain agenda and ensure all participants are informed of upcoming commitments and deadlines.
- Handle incoming calls and other communications, manage mail, and update databases and filing systems.
- Prepare admin reports, presentations, and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
- Assist with office management and organization processes.
- Track inventory of office/ warehouse supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with up-to-date policies and procedures.
- Support staff with administrative tasks as needed, including travel arrangements and expense reporting.
Prepare and format reports, memos, emails, and other documents
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Order and manage office supplies and liaise with vendors
- Support onboarding of new hires and assist with HR paperwork when needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Language: Mandarin & English
