Monette Produce is seeking Seasonal Harvest Equipment Operator to join our vegetable harvest team from September to November in Outlook, Saskatchewan.
This is a fast-paced seasonal position that plays a critical role in harvest operations. Harvest is weather-dependent and time-sensitive, requiring flexibility to work extended shifts, weekends, early mornings, late evenings, and, at times, multiple consecutive days during peak harvest periods. Candidates must be prepared to meet the demands of the harvest season and contribute wherever needed to keep operations running efficiently.
This role is focused on operating agricultural equipment, supporting field harvest activities, and ensuring harvested crops are handled safely and efficiently from the field to storage and processing areas.

What You’ll Do
- Operate tractors, harvest equipment, and agricultural machinery in support of vegetable production
- Assist with harvesting, handling, and movement of crops throughout the harvest season
- Perform daily equipment inspections and routine preventative maintenance
- Assist with equipment setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting as required
- Safely use hand tools and power tools to support harvest operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all farm safety, food safety, and operational procedures

What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (Required)
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and report equipment concerns
- Experience operating tractors, loaders, forklifts, or other heavy equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding conditions
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Must have your own transportation to commute to and from the main warehouse.

Experience:
- Farm machinery: 2 years (preferred)
