Position Summary: This role is responsible for helping to maintain an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment. The Warehouse Associate may be involved in any and all tasks associated with our AV technology, equipment, and supplies. The successful candidate will be a good communicator with 3-5 years experience as a warehouse worker and available to work days, evenings and weekends. Our warehouse operates 24/7 and therefore shifts may vary as required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, track and ship orders in a timely manner

Accurately complete paperwork and/or data entry procedures

Accommodate and carefully handle fragile merchandise

Track and document exact shipment arrival and departure times

Check in and track all returning orders in a timely manner

Perform quality control procedures of all returned equipment before going back into rental inventory

Safely load and unload all delivery trucks

Operate necessary merchandise management tools (for example, forklift)

Assist with deliveries and pick-ups if required

Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager
Qualifications and Requirements:

3-5 years experience in similar warehouse environment

Experience with inventory and logistics software programs

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communication skills
-
Available to work days, evenings and weekends as required.

Must have access to a vehicle and valid G Driver’s License

Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs

AV Industry experience considered an asset

WHMIS and 1st Aid certification considered an asset

Truck driving experience with a current clean driver abstract considered an asset

Forklift Operation Certification is an asset
