We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Program Support Coordinator to support the daily operations of our programs and help ensure an exceptional experience for our players, families, coaches, and staff.
Position Summary
The Program Support Coordinator provides administrative, customer service, and operational support to ensure the successful delivery of club programs. This role assists with registrations, member communications, and day-to-day program administration while helping create a positive experience for players, families, coaches, and staff.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced sports environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling practices, games, events, and program logistics.
- Respond to parent and participant inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Support registrations, coach administration, and day-to-day program operations.
- Send program updates, announcements, and schedule changes to members.
- Communicate effectively with coaches, staff, players, and families.
- Assist with special events, evaluations, tournaments, and other club initiatives.
- Support the Operations Manager with administrative and operational tasks.
- Maintain organized program databases, files, and documentation.
- Perform other duties as required.
Schedule
- Evening and weekend hours
- Weekday evenings
- Weekend training or match days
Pay
$20.00-$25.00 per hour

Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Previous administrative, customer service, or sports organization experience is considered an asset.
