We are now hiring Bartenders to add to our growing team. Our quickly growing company has plenty of opportunities for anyone looking for training, development and a career in restaurants and hospitality.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Take drink orders and serve beverages in a timely manner
- Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age and refuse service to intoxicated customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
- Provide exceptional customer service and elevate guest experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with guests.
- Display your love for food and drinks through exceptional menu and product knowledge.
- Be a problem solver and a supportive team player.
- Tackle problems through multi-tasking and communication with other services, bartenders and Back of House.

What we need from you:

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred

Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices

Ability to handle food and beverages safely and follow health and safety regulations

Proficient in cash handling procedures

Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers

Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing

Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and managing inventory

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and their preparation methods

Understanding of restaurant operations and willingness to assist in other areas as needed
