Brodie Ag is a growing agricultural equipment dealership serving livestock producers across Eastern Ontario. We are looking for a highly organized, customer focused Service Coordinator to help keep our Service Department operating efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is more than an administrative role. You will be the central point of communication between our customers, service technicians, parts department, and suppliers, helping coordinate repairs and maintenance for agricultural equipment.
The ideal candidate understands the fast-paced nature of agriculture, enjoys solving problems, and can confidently communicate with farmers, technicians, and equipment manufacturers.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate daily service scheduling for agricultural equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Manage incoming service requests from farmers and agricultural customers.
- Create, prioritize, and maintain work orders from start to completion.
- Communicate repair progress, timelines, and updates with customers.
- Support Service Technicians by coordinating labour, parts, and equipment availability.
- Coordinate warranty claims and communicate with equipment manufacturers.
- Work closely with the Parts and Sales Departments to provide seamless customer support.
- Maintain accurate service records using dealership management software.
- Represent Brodie Ag professionally while building strong customer relationships.
- Assist with other operational activities that support our growing dealership.

We're looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following:
- Agricultural equipment dealership
- Dairy, beef, or livestock operations
- Farm equipment service
- Heavy equipment
- Truck and transport
- Diesel or mechanical service environments
- Parts or service coordination
- Agricultural customer service
- Agricultural experience is considered a strong asset
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move parts, supplies, and inventory items as required
- Comfortable working in both office and shop environments
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform general shop-related tasks
- Capable of performing physically active duties as required
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM
- Overtime may be required during busy periods
