Skills
- Proven experience operating skid steer loaders in a construction setting
- Ability to operate related equipment including loaders, backhoes, graders, and horizontal drilling tools
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Familiarity with construction site safety standards and procedures
- Basic understanding of maintenance routines for heavy equipment to identify potential issues early
